Salary Range:

$62,500.00 - $82,500

Purpose

A professional customer-facing position, a Construction Software Support specialist is responsible for supporting and providing training on Plexxis ERP Software in an efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly manner. This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and enhances the overall experience and value customers derive from Plexxis solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Learn and become proficient in all aspects of the Plexxis WinBid and RTO system (Estimating Software)
• Proactively recognize and resolve issues efficiently
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and follow-up on implementation-related issues as required
• Identify and escalate urgent situations
• Interact successfully with customers by offering support, training, and presentations
• Reach out proactively to customers for feedback during implementation
• Prioritize understanding clients' views of a successful implementation
• Contribute to creating exceptional Net Promoter Scores (NPS)

Knowledge & Experience

Mandatory experience required:

• Construction Experience (e.g., Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Concrete, Carpentry, or General Contracting)
• Understanding of general construction principles
• Genuine interest in transitioning from the field to an office-based tech role
• Customer care – genuinely enjoy helping people

Other Requirements

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Fluent English speaking skills
