Aviva Canada Inc. has an excellent opportunity in Aviva Business. Ontario National Commercial Insurance Branch has an opportunity for a Junior Underwriter (Property and Casualty).
Overall, the accountability in this role is to drive profitable growth through quality underwriting with Medium Enterprise commercial business, focusing on Renewals, Endorsements, and New Business. These are medium-sized accounts in varying segments, which typically have an annual premium under $25,000 and revenues under $200M from a customer profile perspective.
As a Junior Underwriter, you are accountable to collaborate with internal partners and brokers to identify new business opportunities, service our existing book, and provide superior technical expertise to brokers and customers to provide the right solution. We are interested in speaking with insightful, business-minded underwriters who are passionate about service and driving profitable growth.
