Work Ethic Expectations

Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives with sales and campaign execution, working cross-functionally with Ad Operations, legal, talent, finance, and production teams.
- Manage campaign-related administrative tasks, establish and maintain internal communication, and understand client objectives.
- Handle approximately 90% digital media campaigns and 10% custom content campaigns, including inventory management, data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
- Source talent and influencers, create work schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate campaign deliverables for custom content projects.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Account Manager.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 0-2 years of project/campaign/account coordination experience.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Interest in YouTube and social media.
- Excellent communication skills across various platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with Mac OS.
