We are looking for an experienced Advertising Campaign Manager to join our remote team and lead digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms with a performance-driven and creative mindset.

Your Role

As an Advertising Campaign Manager at Harmoney, you will :

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve clear KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

Work closely with content, creative, and strategy teams to ensure message consistency and campaign alignment.

Analyse campaign results, report insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Share your professional experience with the team — we value knowledge exchange and open collaboration.

Innovate and test new formats, audiences, and messages to push performance further.

Requirements

3–4 years of hands-on experience managing digital ad accounts, especially Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Strong knowledge of targeting, bidding, optimization, and tracking.

Experience working with international audiences and tailoring messages across cultures.

Familiar with reporting tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Proactive, independent, and highly organized — able to manage projects remotely.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

A collaborative mindset, eager to grow and contribute to a creative and results-oriented team.
