Job summary

FLINT is hiring for a Fort St. John, BC turnaround. Roles include Forepersons, Pipefitters, Boilermakers, Labourers, Rig Welders and Equipment Operators on a continuous schedule with day and night shifts.

Travel pay up to 6 hours and LOA of 200 per day for non-locals are offered. Journeyperson start pay begins at $48 per hour, with overall rates $32–$130 per hour depending on trade and experience. In-person attendance is required for essential safety tickets; candidates must be physically

Qualifications

• Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate is required.
• Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
• Mandatory safety tickets: H2S Alive, WHMIS, Fall Protection, AWP, Confined Space Entry.

Details:

• Continuous schedule
• 8 hours regular + 3 hours overtime daily
• Day & Night Shifts Available
• Night Shift Premium
• Travel Pay provide Up to 6 hours
• LOA: 200/per day to non-locals
• Competitive pay ranging from $32.00-$130.00 per hour, depending on trade and experience.
• Journeyperson Pipefitters start at $48.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
• Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: + H2S Alive + WHMIS
• No virtual option - in-person attendance required for the following ticket requirements. + Fall Protection + AWP + Confined Space Entry
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.
• Valid driver's license and clean 5-year Driver's Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
