Required Skills & Experience

1. Journeyperson Electrician ticket licensed in Alberta (required)
2. Good understanding of electrical systems, PLC programming and troubleshooting
3. Current knowledge of and adherence to Canadian Electrical Code
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience focusing on electrical equipment maintenance
5. Industrial electrical equipment installs and troubleshooting
6. PLC programming and troubleshooting
7. Experience working in an industrial environment
8. Ability to work effectively and cohesively in a team environment
9. Must have a positive attitude, be willing to accept feedback
10. Previous experience with 5S and Lean Manufacturing would be considered an asset
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Adherence to all company safety policies
2. Maintain and upkeep plant equipment and facilities
3. Troubleshoot and repair all plant equipment
4. Complete all assigned work in a timely manner
5. Work effectively in a team and independently
6. Utilize analytical and troubleshooting skills
7. Use the onsite Maintenance management system
8. Engage in problem-solving when challenges occur
9. Complete daily 5S requirements
10. Verify work completion with Head/Assistant Coach
11. Complete all assigned training on time
12. Perform all Ad Hoc duties assigned by Head Coach
