Position Overview

Tacten is seeking Level 1 Rope Access Journeyperson Electricians to support our client site in Fort McMurray, AB. As a Rope Access Electrician, you will be responsible for executing high-altitude tasks with precision, efficiency, and safety.

• 14 / 14 rotation, 12-hour shifts
• IRATA Level 1 ticket required, or willingness to obtain
• Fly-in-fly-out from all major hubs in Canada
• Camp provided
• Set up and maintain electrical systems as required
• Install and connect electrical components such as motors, transformers, control panels, etc.
• Identify issues, replace faulty components, and ensure machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems
• Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
• Exceptional safety and quality awareness
• Problem-solving skills and effective time management
• Self-motivated with high technical and performance standards
