Job summary

Dalcon Constructors Ltd. is hiring Journeyperson and Apprentice Millwrights for projects across Eastern and Northern Ontario, Sudbury, Ontario. Base wage is set by the Collective Agreement, with travel allowances and overtime potential.

You will work outdoors, often on mine sites, and must demonstrate strong communication, safety, and teamwork. The role requires water/wastewater and live plant experience, hoisting/rigging skills, rotating equipment expertise, and ability to install equipment

Qualifications

• Journeyperson or Apprentice Millwright status.
• Experience in municipal water/wastewater and live plant environments.
• Hoisting and rigging experience.
• Experience with rotating equipment and equipment installations.
• Able to wear a personal respirator when required; safety-conscious and adheres to safety processes.

Dalcon Constructors Ltd is seeking experienced Journeyperson and Apprentice Millwrights for multiple projects across Eastern, and Northern Ontario

Work Conditions & Remuneration

• Journeyperson base wage: $44.13, as per the Collective Agreement
• Schedule: can vary from 5/2, 10/4, or 14/7
• Daily and rotational travel allowances available for those who qualify
• Must have reliable transportation
• Overtime may be required

As a Millwright for Dalcon Constructors Ltd, you will contribute to our team by:

• Having municipal water/wastewater experience and live plant experience

• Experience with equipment installations
