PCL Industrial is seeking Journeyperson and Apprentice Structural Ironworkers with industrial experience for the Dow F2S Cracker Separation Civil Project located near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

Requirements:

  • Registered Ironworker Apprentice or Journeyperson Ironworker (Structural)
  • CSTS 09 or 2020 Fundamental
  • ESC Fall Protection
  • ESC Elevated Work Platform
  • Experience with structural steel erection in industrial, and modular construction
  • Strong understanding of lifting, rigging, and hoisting procedures
  • Must be willing to be affiliated with the Ironworkers Local 720

Work Conditions & Remuneration:

  • Must be able to work outside in various types of weather conditions
  • Candidates MUST be qualified for and physically able to meet the call-out. You are required to climb and work at elevations, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • On Site - Mod Yard
  • Day Shift
  • 4-10 & 8hrs on Friday, with optional overtime Saturday
  • Client & PCL Online Orientations
  • No pre-access alcohol and drug test required
  • Candidates must be eligible for hire/rehire with the PCL Family of Companies

Compensation:As per the Collective Agreement and the PLA Division 8 Agreement

  • 3rd year:$48.42/hr + benefits
  • 2nd year:$40.35/hr + benefits
