Job summary

Hamilton Iron Ltd in Canada is seeking a Journeyman Welder to join our fabrication team. The role requires a Red Seal Certification with CWB Tickets, a strong blueprint-reading ability, and a proven track record in assembly and fabrication. You will work independently and with crews to ensure safe, efficient production.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, a Class 5 driver's license, and a commitment to safety and housekeeping standards across projects.

  • Give proper supervision and guidance to crew(s).
  • Work efficiently and able to plan, organize, and guide crew(s).
  • Guide Crews to fit and assemble simple and complex pieces.
