• Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of refrigeration industry experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of service technicians.
• Coordinate daily service operations and scheduling.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor service quality, project progress, and team performance.
• Support hiring, training, and performance management activities.
• Conduct occasional customer site visits.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency.
