Destination Honda Burnaby, part of Destination Auto Group, is seeking a Journeyman Automotive Service Technician who values craftsmanship and long-term client relationships. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles in a fast-paced, quality-driven shop.

We offer a $3,000 signing bonus, above-market pay with production-based bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, a boot allowance, and an in-house mentorship program with experienced leadership, all in a modern, convenient Burnaby facility

What You Bring:

• Minimum Two-Year Journeyman (Red-Seal) Experience
• Diagnostic and repair expertise—especially in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented mindset focused on delivering quality results
• Bonus if you’ve worked in a Honda or new car dealership environment
• Experience with CDK and XTime is an asset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to following manufacturer procedures and safety standards
• Valid BC driver’s license and clean abstract
