Oshawa Power Group of Companies is seeking a Journeyperson Powerline Technician to perform construction, maintenance and emergency repairs on overhead and underground distribution networks in Oshawa. Applicants must have a valid DZ license, five years of journeyperson experience, and a Red Seal Endorsement.

Qualifications

• C of Q as Powerline Technician is required.
• Red Seal Endorsement is required.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain and repair overhead and underground distribution systems.
• Operate bucket trucks and related equipment.
• Coordinate switching operations and projects with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate time, equipment and material records.
