Qualifications

• Journeyman Millwright ticket with 5+ years of rotating equipment experience.
• Ability to follow written procedures and drawings.
• Experience with overhauls, repairs, and rebuilds of rotating assets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized, safe workspace and complete required task documentation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for repair/maintenance.
• Read diagrams, schematics, and service manuals to determine procedures.
• Promote a safe work environment and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Work in a team or independently as needed and support rush repairs.
• Complete all company documentation promptly under supervision.
• Mentor apprentices and collaborate with other millwrights/PMs on difficult problems.
• Be flexible with extended hours and weekend work to meet client needs.
