Job summary

Startec Compression & Process in Calgary, AB, is seeking a Journeyperson Millwright to join our Shepard Shop. You will ensure proper maintenance, repair and installation of machinery and mechanical systems, diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and execute complex installations with precision.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent is required.
• Experience in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding/fabrication is essential.
• Strong read/interpretation of blueprints and drawings is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and replace worn components.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
