Job description

Clean Harbors Red Deer, AB is seeking a Journeyperson Millwright to join our safety-focused team. The role involves performing maintenance on various equipment, including centrifuges, pumps, and other rental fleet components.

This position is based in the Red Deer shop, working Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring health and safety compliance by following all safe work practices and acting safely at all times.
• Attending daily safety meetings
• Performing routine inspections, testing, and checklists for maintenance
• Repairing, servicing, and maintaining equipment such as centrifuges and pumps
• Fitting bearings, aligning gears and shafts, attaching motors, and aligning couplings and belts to precise tolerances
• Completing all required paperwork accurately
• Maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment

Qualifications:

• Class 5 Driver's License is required
• Journeyman and Red Seal Millwright certification required
• 5+ years of experience working on centrifuges and pumps preferred
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed
