As a Journeyman Millwright, you’ll play a key role in keeping our specialized equipment and production systems running safely and efficiently. This is a dynamic, fast-paced industrial environment where your mechanical expertise directly supports our mission of sustainable innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Install, align, and maintain mechanical equipment including shredders, conveyors, and granulators
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating systems
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure optimal machine performance
  • Follow safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement practices
