Job summary

ANDRITZ Separation Service Center in Saskatoon, SK, is seeking a Journeyman Machinist to plan and perform a wide range of turning, boring, and other machining operations on manual machines, working with large castings, forgings and fabricated parts.

Candidates must have a Grade 12 diploma, Journeyman Machinist certification, the ability to meet close tolerances, and CNC experience; knowledge of lathes, milling machines, and drill presses is an asset.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 high school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Machinist certification as defined by Saskatchewan Apprenticeship Branch.
• Ability to work to close tolerances.
• Experience with CNC machining, including CNC machine setup and operation.
• Experience setting up and operating manual vertical turret lathes, engine lathes, milling machines, and drill presses is an asset.
