Job summary

Boardwalk in Alberta is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to perform maintenance, service and repairs on furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment across our multi-unit portfolio in Calgary. You will work with modern HVAC systems and contribute to reliable, safe building operations in a customer-focused environment.

The role requires a valid Journeyman HVAC certificate (Red Seal is an asset) and 3–5 years of residential/commercial experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Certificate as an HVAC Technician (Red Seal is an asset).
• 3–5 years residential/commercial HVAC experience required.
• Able to work on units up to 5 tons.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper maintenance and service furnaces
• Repair/replace furnaces as required
• Exhaust fan repair and service
• New capital refrigeration installations
• Ensure proper maintenance and service on MUA, rooftop and refrigeration units
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on HVAC control systems
• Maintain proper records of inspections
• Complete all required paperwork and other tasks as assigned
