Job summary

PTW Energy Services seeks a Local Journeyman Electrician to join our Edmonton-area team. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on industrial projects/sites while ensuring safety and compliance with Canadian Electrical Code.

Ideal candidates have a Red Seal (preferred) and at least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience, with the ability to read blueprints and work with diverse teams on challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyperson Electrician Certificate (Red Seal preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance electrical work.
• Valid H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), and CSTS 2020.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and OH&S requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficient with hand tools, testing devices, and electrical equipment.
• Valid driver's licence
• Flexible availability for shift work, overtime, and weekends, with a strong focus on safety and self-direction.
• Ability to work in heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities
