Job summary

Capital Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Journeyman Auto Body Technician for our Regina, SK location. You will perform high-quality body and structural repairs, including frame straightening and component replacement, in a fast-paced, high-volume shop with modern tools.

We value craftsmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork. A Red Seal or equivalent certification, along with a valid license, is required to join our supportive, growth‑minded Western Canadian network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Body Shop environment.
• Completion of Red Seal Journeyman Certification or equivalent experience.
• Unrestricted driver's license.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality body and structural repairs on a wide variety of vehicles, including frame straightening and underbody component replacement.
• Cut away damaged sections using plasma cutters, air grinders, and metal cutting equipment.
• Fit, bolt, and weld replacement panels, fenders, grills, doors, and frame components to precise alignment specifications.
• Remove, repair, and reinstall interior components, windows, vinyl roofs, and exterior metal trim.
• Adjust and align mechanical systems affected by collision damage.
