Job summary

Capital Auto Glass in Regina is seeking an Automotive Glass Technician to join our high-volume service department and hit the ground running. You’ll perform windshield replacements, calibrations, and repairs with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Glass Technician (windshield repair, replacement, and calibration).
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency without compromising quality.

• Valid driver's license required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform windshield replacements, side and rear glass installations, and chip repairs.
• Carry out glass calibration and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.

• Manage job flow and work orders to maintain shop throughput.

• Perform full windshield replacements, side and rear glass installations, and chips/repairs on a wide variety of vehicles
• Perform glass calibration and ensure all installations meet strict safety and quality standards
• Safely operate shop tools, equipment, and calibration systems
• Efficiently manage job flow and work orders to assist in keeping shop throughput seamless
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all shop safety protocols
