Turner Fleischer is one of Canadas most progressive design studios with 250+ committed, creative and driven professionals. We excel at developing client-centric concepts that are based on their needs but grounded in 50 years of experience getting projects built. Our in-house design departments include Architecture, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.
As a Job Captain, you will coordinate project deliverables, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with design requirements. You will be an instrumental team member who steers projects from feasibility to detailed design development stages, ensuring excellence in design, execution, and client satisfaction. Your role will demand a combination of design, municipal experience along with effective communication skills to collaborate with all stakeholders, ensuring successful project execution and optimal outcomes. The expected hiring range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 annually. This hiring range falls within a broader salary band established for the role. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidates experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
