Job summary

Wissen Technology is a high-end technical consulting firm delivering for diverse industries with a global footprint. They seek a Java Full Stack Developer with Angular to join a client-facing delivery team on an onsite/hybrid basis in Canada.

You will design, implement, and optimize scalable backend services and rich UI components, collaborating with stakeholders across roles. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of full-stack Java experience, deep knowledge of Angular, Spring, REST/microservices,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in full stack Java development.
• Strong expertise in Java (8/11/17) — OOP, design patterns, multithreading, and performance optimization.
• Deep hands-on experience with Angular (12+) — components, services, RxJS, NgRx, and Angular Material.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Framework — Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases — PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experience with containerization — Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools — Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Proficiency in Git-based version control and branching strategies.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
