Job summary

Ampstek is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade applications using Java 8+ with Spring Boot and Angular. You will develop microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, GraphQL, and API specs, while leveraging cloud platforms and container orchestration to ensure scalable, secure, high-performance backend and frontend integration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java 8+
• Experience with microservices architecture and Angular front-end development
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services, GraphQL and Swagger/OpenAPI
• Strong background in building responsive, scalable front-ends integrated with secure back-end services
• Cloud-native development on Azure/AWS/GCP with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficient with relational and NoSQL databases and modern application monitoring

Job description

6+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, REST/SOAP web services, GraphQL, and Swagger/OpenAPI.

Strong expertise in building responsive and scalable front-end applications using Angular, integrated with secure backend services and microservice-based architectures.

Hands-on experience developing distributed and asynchronous systems, leveraging Java Streams, Lambdas, Concurrency APIs, event-driven patterns, and asynchronous REST APIs.

Experience with cloud-native application development on Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP using Kubernetes, Helm Charts, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Linux, and Artifactory.

Proficient in working with relational and NoSQL databases including SQL, Cassandra, Redis, and Cosmos DB, with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0/OIDC authentication, API design standards, HTTP methods/status codes, and application monitoring using Dynatrace and Splunk.
