Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating requirements into scalable software solutions within an Agile environment.

The candidate will develop front-end apps with Angular and/or React, back-end services with Java and Spring Boot, and contribute to CI/CD, testing, and continuous improvement across the SDLC.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, IT or related field.
5+ years of Java development experience.
3+ years of experience with Angular and/or React.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience designing and developing distributed applications.

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, developing scalable full-stack applications, enhancing user interfaces, supporting the software development lifecycle, and collaborating within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Translate business requirements into functional, technical, and system specifications.
Design, develop, maintain, and support distributed enterprise applications.
Build scalable and highly available application solutions.
Contribute to application availability, performance, and scalability.
Analyze existing application designs and implement enhancements and extensions.
Design and enhance responsive user interfaces with a focus on user experience.
Develop front-end applications using Angular and/or React.
Develop back-end services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Perform software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute throughout the SDLC.
Develop and maintain unit tests following TDD and BDD methodologies.
Utilize version control, CI/CD, and issue tracking tools to support software delivery.
Promote development best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of Java development experience.
3+ years of experience developing applications using Angular and/or React.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
