The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of hands-on Java experience, strong data structures and algorithms knowledge, and familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable distributed systems.
• Hands-on expertise in multi-threading, concurrency, performance optimization, and application tuning.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments with strong command-line and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic Python scripting experience for automation and development tasks.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, Microservices-based applications, and implementing modern software design patterns.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar coding assistants.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
