Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. in Montreal is looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with 7–10 years of experience to design and build enterprise-grade applications. The role emphasizes Core Java, data structures, distributed systems, and multi-threaded architecture in a Linux environment.

AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code are desirable to accelerate development. The position is hybrid—in-office 3 days a week—with a face-to-face interview round required with the client.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on Java development experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 7-10 years of experience in designing and building enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Data Structures & Algorithms, Distributed Systems, Multi-threaded Architecture, and Linux environments. Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code is highly desirable to accelerate software development and improve engineering productivity.
