Job summary

TEEMA is seeking an experienced Data and AI Developer to define and implement AI development standards and guide end-to-end AI solutions in a Montreal-based environment.

You will advance production-grade AI, improve security and governance, and lead DevOps practices within agile teams. Strong leadership and multilingual communication (French/English) are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in software development and/or corporate AI/analytical solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with Generative AI and/or language models.
• Understanding of security, confidentiality, governance, and risk management frameworks within AI.
• Proven ability to exercise strong technical leadership and propose improvements for existing solutions.
• French (5/5) and functional English.
• Knowledge of Agile processes within a DevOps work cell.
