Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Montreal seeks a senior Java developer to analyze business needs, design and implement applications, and lead delivery with strong emphasis on Clean Architecture and modern patterns.

The role requires deep Java 8+ expertise, Spring Boot 3, Spring Cloud, and cloud concepts, with experience across REST, SOAP, and CI/CD practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality code, automated tests, and robust integration of services in distributed environments.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of senior-level experience required.
• Experience participating in Agile development projects.
• Understanding cloud concepts and distributed environments.
• Mastery of Java 8+ and common development tools.
• Proficiency with Maven and Git.
• Experience with Spring Boot 3, Spring Cloud, Spring Data SQL.
• Familiarity with MapStruct, RESTful APIs, and SOAP services (CXF).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and certificate-based integrations.
