Job summary

Everclean Facility Services in Victoria, BC, is seeking an Operations Manager to direct and optimize daily janitorial service operations on the road. You will plan, organize, and control activities, manage budgets, and supervise staff to meet service standards.

Travel is a regular part of the role; you must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in management or operations.
• Ability to direct and evaluate daily operations and budgets.
• Own transportation and valid driver’s license required.
