Job summary

Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is seeking a dedicated Janitor/Utility Worker to join our team at the Tourmaline Monias Camp near Chetwynd, BC. In this hands-on role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff while supporting the day-to-day operations of a remote workforce accommodation facility.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience preferred.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a 5-year driving abstract.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• First Aid certification is an asset.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must pass pre-access drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal and maintenance of assigned areas.
• Removes debris and maintains cleanliness of site and surrounding area.
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas and laundry plant.
• Clean and restock washrooms daily.
• Clean breakroom daily, sweep and scrub floors.
• Empty garbage containers on plant floor and outside roll-off bins.
• Report hazards to management and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is seeking a dedicated Janitor/Utility Worker to join our team at the Tourmaline Monias Camp near Chetwynd, BC . In this hands-on role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff while supporting the day-to-day operations of a remote workforce accommodation facility. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing common areas, dining facilities, washrooms, and other camp spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation are maintained at all times.

What do we offer:

• - Hourly Rate: $21.30/ hour
• - Schedule: 10-hour shifts
• - Estimated Gross Monthly Earnings: up to $4,700/ per month (Figures are estimates before deductions and may vary based on actual hours worked and payroll cycles)

Key Responsibilities

• - Snow removal and maintenance of assigned areas.
• - Removes debris and maintains cleanliness of the site and surrounding area.
• - Maintains cleanliness of public areas and all work areas of the laundry plant.
• - Clean and restock washrooms daily.
• - Clean breakroom daily, remove thrash and clean all areas from counter level down, sweep & scrub floors daily.
• - Empty garbage containers on plant floor, clean garbage containers.
• - Remove collected garbage from plant, put in correct roll-off bins outside (garbage or cardboard).
• - Clean washer trough daily, remove dirty screen replace with clean, clean dirty for next usage.
• - Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to management.
• - Adhere to safety policies and procedures by following company safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
• - Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• - Previous experience in a janitorial position preferred.
• - Valid class 5 driver's license with an acceptable 5 year driving abstract.
• - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• - Current, valid First Aid certification is an asset.
• - Must be able to move, lift, carry, pull, push, and place objects away weighing up to 50 lbs.
• - Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• - Must successfully pass a pre-access Drug and Alcohol test as a condition of employment.
