Job summary

Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is seeking a dedicated Janitor/Utility Worker to join our team at the Tourmaline Monias Camp near Chetwynd, BC. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining cleanliness across common areas, dining facilities, washrooms, and camp spaces to ensure high standards of safety and presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a janitorial position preferred.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with an acceptable 5 year driving abstract.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Current, valid First Aid certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal and maintenance of assigned areas.
• Removes debris and maintains cleanliness of the site and surrounding area.
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas and all work areas of the laundry plant.
• Clean and restock washrooms daily.
• Clean breakroom daily, remove thrash and clean all areas from counter level down, sweep & scrub floors daily.
• Empty garbage containers on plant floor, clean garbage containers.
• Remove collected garbage from plant, put in correct roll-off bins outside (garbage or cardboard).
• Clean washer trough daily, remove dirty screen replace with clean, clean dirty for next usage.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to management.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures by following company safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
