Manning Park Resort is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Janitor / Houseperson for the winter season. The role involves cleaning the lodge, pool and fitness facilities, restaurant, banquet rooms, washrooms, hallways, and ski hill facilities to a high standard.

Applicants must hold a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and be comfortable driving in winter mountain conditions. Staff housing is available, and the position offers a winter-season opportunity in the BC mountains.

• Ability and willingness to drive company vehicles in snow and winter mountain conditions (mandatory).
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or related experience preferred.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Clean lodge, Loon Lagoon, restaurant, banquet rooms, washrooms, hallways, and ski hill facilities to a high standard daily.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, window clean, and remove garbage in offices and public areas.
• Remove snow from building entrances and perform general outdoor cleaning duties.
• Follow all safety and sanitization procedures.
• Assist the housekeeping team by stripping rooms, stocking supply rooms, and loading carts and vehicles.
• Assist the accommodations team with general duties around the resort.
• Deliver linens and guest amenities to accommodations.
• Assist with housekeeping duties as required.
• Assist with Night Patrol shifts as required.
• Drive company vehicles safely in snow and winter conditions as required.
• Support other departments during busy periods as needed.

Seasonal Full-Time | December 2, 2026 to Mid-April 2027

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

A valid Class 5 Driver's Licence is mandatory for this position.

This role requires driving company vehicles in winter mountain conditions, including snow and ice. Applicants must be comfortable and confident driving in these conditions.

• Ensure the lodge, Loon Lagoon (pool and fitness facility), restaurant, banquet rooms, washrooms, hallways, and ski hill facilities are cleaned to a high standard daily.
• Clean offices and public areas including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, window cleaning, and garbage removal.
• Remove snow from building entrances and perform general outdoor cleaning duties.

• Assist the housekeeping team by stripping rooms, stocking supply rooms, and loading carts and vehicles.
• Assist the accommodations team with general duties around the resort.

Qualifications:
