Job summary

• Reliability in working full-time on-site, with good time management, organization, and ability to handle physical tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; French language skills are an asset in Montréal.
• Previous experience in building maintenance, janitorial work, or property management support is an asset.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring building conditions, reporting larger maintenance needs, supporting waste and recycling management, and helping maintain exterior areas such as walkways and parking lots. The role also involves interacting with residents and office tenants in a professional manner, responding to service requests, and supporting property management with occasional tasks as needed.
