Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. in Toronto, ON is seeking an IVR Developer to implement and optimize CVP-based IVR solutions using Cisco Call Studio, Java, and AWS Connect integrations.

The role focuses on building scalable backend integrations via REST, XML web services, and database access. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in CVP IVR development, experience with UCCE/ICM integration, and familiarity with scripting in VXML Server and Tomcat, delivering robust, customer self-service flows in a hybrid

IVR Developer – Cisco CVP, Call Studio, Java & Amazon Connect

Location: Toronto, ON
Work Mode: 4 days hybrid

Skill Required:

• 4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development in CVP (Contact Center).
  
• Cisco Call Studio / Cisco CVP, VXML Server, CVP Custom Elements (Java), Call Studio GUI, Apache Tomcat.
  
• Java development with client backend integrations (HTTP REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, MS SQL Server).
  
• Experienced in CVP in Java, API integration, sharing data between IVR and agent desktop, customer self-service solutions.
  
• Knowledge of UCCE / ICM (integration of CVP IVR applications with UCCE routing scripts, DNIS, queuing to skill group, CTI variables, Finesse Agent Desktop), Cyara.
  
• Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.
