Job summary

Cyber-Infomax Solutions Inc. in Toronto seeks an experienced professional to assess current-state ITSM processes and design future-state operating models, governance, and service management best practices.

You will design and implement integrations using ServiceNow APIs with DPRM, CMDB, SPM, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust enterprise architectures. In addition, you will establish enterprise release governance, coordinate release calendars, assess risks, and support a hybrid

Qualifications

Experience assessing current-state ITSM processes and developing future-state operating models, governance frameworks, process improvements, and service management best practices.
Experience designing and implementing integrations using ServiceNow APIs and integration technologies with DPRM, Change Management, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and other enterprise systems.
Experience establishing and supporting enterprise release governance processes, including release planning, scheduling, release calendars, risk assessments, dependency management, deployment coordination, and post-release reviews.

Responsibilities
