This full-time role involves providing essential technical support across the organization to maintain a reliable IT infrastructure that supports our tenants and stakeholders.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage Windows environments, assist with account setup and password resets, and coordinate with the Senior

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical IT support, focusing on desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills for users at all levels.
• Experience troubleshooting common apps such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, OS and network issues.
• Troubleshoot software problems including Microsoft Office and cloud-based apps.
• Maintain computer hardware assets and perform upgrades and installations.
• Support desktop tasks including user accounts and password resets.
• Assist with configuring and maintaining operating systems across platforms.
• Report to Senior IT Director.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems and network issues
• Troubleshoot software problems including Microsoft Office applications and cloud based apps)
• Maintain computer hardware assets, perform upgrades, repairs, and installations as needed
• Support desktop support activities including user account setup, password resets, and peripheral device configuration
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of operating systems across multiple platforms
• Reporting to Senior IT Director at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles with a focus on desktop support and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows environments
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users at all levels of technical proficiency
• Knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques for common applications like Microsoft Office
