As an IT Technician working in the Operational Support team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the technical needs of your team members and providing effective solutions to support business needs. You will support our team members working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects, ensuring they have the IT support and solutions needed to get the job done.

What You Will Do

• Provide strategic and creative IT support and problem-solving services for office and field users.
• Test, install, and configure IT equipment and hardware.
• Troubleshoot various technology equipment.
• Assist with system setups, including printers, copiers, phones, computers, and internet connections.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all local equipment.
• Support setup and updates of workstations, servers, and routers.
• Ensure the security and privacy of networks and systems.

Qualifications

• A diploma in computer technology or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in a similar role with a passion for technology.
• Strong experience in a Windows environment.
