An established industry player is seeking a dynamic IT professional for a hybrid role that combines remote troubleshooting with on-site support across multiple locations. Love variety? In this hybrid position you’ll split your week between remote troubleshooting and on‑site visits at multiple Lower Mainland offices (minimum three (3) days on location each week). Because our users count on a regular, in‑person IT presence, the successful candidate must be able to reliably commute to the GreaterVancouver area. From classic break/fix to “smart‑hands” network tasks, you’ll be the friendly IT face our users depend on. The balance of your week—typically two (2) days—can be worked remotely.

Excellent written & spoken English
Windows10/11 & macOS troubleshooting
Clear, friendly, and approachable customer service
Hands‑on support of Intune / Autopilot & Jamf devices
Organized, dependable, detail‑oriented
EntraID / AD user & group admin
Self‑starter who loves learning on the job
Networking fundamentals (switches, APs, VPN, DNS)
Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Bonus - PowerShell, CompTIAA+ / Network+, Microsoft Azure & security fundamentals (AZ‑900 / SC‑900 or equivalent).
