Job summary

StickerYou is seeking an IT Analyst to support day-to-day office IT and on-boarding/off-boarding of employees. This hybrid role covers IT operations, infrastructure management, and production analytics across software, networks, and production systems.

You will assist with software deployment, device provisioning, security policies, and system documentation, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure uptime and data protection.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field with 1–3 years of IT System Administrator/IT Support experience.
• Knowledge of IT management software tools, networking, operating system and server architectures.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• You are motivated by a desire to provide excellent service.
• You are self-directed and comfortable taking initiative to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing and configuring software on the company’s computers.
• Provision computers and other computer devices.
• Maintain peripheral computer devices including monitors, printers, input devices, modems, adapters, IP phones, etc.
• Configure remote access, VPN, Wi-Fi on company’s computers and mobile devices.
• Maintain inventory of computer hardware and software.
• Maintain documentation of the local network and related information.
• Procure computer hardware and software on demand.
• Monitor and help implement the company's security, backup, and antivirus policies.
• Develop and implement information security, remote access, and data protection policies.
• Research, procure, provision, configure and support IT infrastructure hardware and software like servers and network gear.
• Monitor critical infrastructure and plan for disruptions or disasters.
• Develop disaster recovery plan for IT infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with third-party IT providers.
• Manage network services including DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, file sharing, security and backups.
• Manage Windows domain and Active Directory; Hyper-V and VMs.
• Maintain hosted IaaS solutions and IT systems for production.
• Develop monitoring and alerting for IT infrastructure.
• Provide production analytics support and integrate IT with production cost centers.
• Collaborate with Dev team to maintain IT/software for production.
• Document system configurations and issue logs.
