Job summary

ALS Technichem (HK) Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Support professional to serve as the main contact for installation, configuration, initial inquiries, and troubleshooting. You will handle helpdesk tasks, AD management, server/OS setup, and cross-site support, with occasional after-hours coverage.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows servers, Office 365, VPNs, and security devices, plus travel to data centres and remote sites as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of professional IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows servers and LAN/WAN.
• Experience with Windows OS and Office 365.
• Knowledge of VPN connectivity and security devices.
• Willingness to travel to data centres and remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity in Enterprise environment.
• Manage Active Directory accounts.
• Install and configure servers, desktops, laptops and OS.
• Install, upgrade and patch software.
• Install printers and peripherals.
• Monitor helpdesk ticketing system.
• Proactive network and server monitoring.
• Maintain systems documentation.
• Provide support for multiple sites.
• Provide after-hours support.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Follow ALS health and safety policies.
