Job summary

Coulson Aviation in Port Alberni, BC, is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our Information Technology team onsite. This role blends hands-on technical support with network administration and enterprise systems support across our office, hangar, warehouse and operations.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, Active Directory/Entra ID identities, and manage devices with Intune, while collaborating across time zones to keep operations online.

Qualifications

• Must have a diploma or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on IT support experience.
• Valid driver’s licence required and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, OS, mobile devices and network connectivity.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
