Job summary

Phyllis Tuckwell IT team requires an experienced IT Support Technician to provide responsive, first and second-line support across the organisation. You will handle Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365 services, AD and Entra ID accounts, printers, peripherals, and general connectivity.

You will log and resolve incidents, manage tickets, and escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining accurate ticket notes and asset records.

Qualifications

• Provide frontline and second-line IT support across Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365 and related services.
• Manage user accounts and access via Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot printers, peripherals and general connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support for hardware, software, and core services.
• Own and progress Helpdesk tickets, updating stakeholders and meeting SLAs.
• Troubleshoot user authentication, access issues and account management across platforms.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks, access provisioning and role changes.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and common end-user issues.
