Job description

Reporting to the Manager, Infrastructure and Operations, the IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing level 2 and 3 technical support to in-store users, distribution centers and offices. The incumbent will be responsible for resolving technical incidents, automating deployments, managing equipment and licenses, as well as IT documentation. He will also participate in IT projects, will have to provide 24 / 7 on-call support on a rotating basis and may be required to travel for installations or repairs.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Respond to user requests and be obsessed with customer satisfaction;
  • Provide level 2 or 3 support to users in stores, distribution centers and in our offices;
  • Resolve technical incidents encountered either : remotely or on site.
  • Participates in the automation of software deployment and updates;
  • To travel to our stores to carry out installations or repairs of equipment (occasional);
  • Write the technical and operational documentation necessary for the IT group;
  • Participate in all local and corporate IT projects;
  • Maintain rigorous monitoring of equipment inventory and application licenses;
  • Provide assistance to the various groups of the Company's IT department;
  • Participate in any specific mandate assigned to you (may be required to travel outside the region);
  • Provide 24 / 7 on-call support (on-call rotation);
  • Perform any other related duties as required.
