Job description

Our firm is currently looking for an IT Support Technician in one of our four offices, namely, Saint-Georges, Sainte-Marie, Lévis (Saint-Romuald sector), or Thetford Mines. With us, growth opportunities are waiting for you!

Under the supervision of the Director of IT Services, as an IT Support Technician, you will:

1. Respond to user IT support requests;
2. Analyze troubleshooting needs, identify the problem, and provide the appropriate solution;
3. Ensure the maintenance and technological development of the IT equipment by deploying updates and upgrades to the key IT tools and applications of our users' workstations;
4. Be involved in managing company risks, as well as security, breakdowns, and delays that our users may experience;
5. Collaborate and participate in different IT projects;
6. Ensure an excellent level of customer service.
