Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team based in the Greater Toronto Area. This full-time role is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support—ideally within fast-paced environments serving both remote and onsite users.

You’ll provide support across a variety of platforms and technologies, assisting end users while also contributing to broader IT operations and implementation projects. While most support is remote, you will occasionally travel to client sites, making a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle essential (mileage reimbursed per CRA rates).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to clients using remote tools or onsite visits as needed.
  2. Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Teams, Azure, and network services
  3. Manage desktop and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using tools like Microsoft Endpoint Manager (formerly Intune).
  4. Provide remote monitoring and management (RMM) support using platforms such as Ninja RMM, Syncro MSP, or Level.io.
  5. Troubleshoot and support networking environments including Wi-Fi, VPNs, and hardware from Ubiquiti UniFi and Cisco Meraki.
  6. Manage support tickets and resolutions using systems like Zendesk, or Freshservice.
  7. Maintain system documentation, asset records, and contribute to process improvement.
  8. Support sales staff in technical engagements, offering insights during solution design and client discussions.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of IT support experience (including internships), supporting a mix of remote and onsite users.
  2. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and RMM platforms like Ninja RMM, Syncro MSP, or Level.io.
  4. Confident working across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
  5. Basic networking knowledge (e.g., Wi-Fi setup, VPN troubleshooting); experience with Unifi or Meraki a plus.
  6. Strong communication skills and a proactive customer service approach.
  7. Valid Canadian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.
  2. Certifications such as AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) and MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).
  3. Familiarity with IT security best practices, including endpoint protection, phishing awareness, and user access audits.
  4. Ability to manage competing priorities, document processes clearly, and work both independently and collaboratively.
