Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team based in the Greater Toronto Area. This full-time role is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support—ideally within fast-paced environments serving both remote and onsite users.
You’ll provide support across a variety of platforms and technologies, assisting end users while also contributing to broader IT operations and implementation projects. While most support is remote, you will occasionally travel to client sites, making a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle essential (mileage reimbursed per CRA rates).
