We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Toronto office. The role involves providing technical support for hardware and software, assisting with equipment setup and maintenance, and ensuring excellent service to firm members. Responsibilities include logging support requests, supporting software and hardware upgrades, and participating in after-hours support rotation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support for all hardware & software across practice areas.
  • Logging user requests and identifying trends.
  • Guiding end-users on hardware, software, and system platforms.

Qualifications include:

  • University degree or college diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Lotus Notes, and other firm software.
  • Experience supporting IBM desktop technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with MAC OS X, routers, switches, and server administration.
