Job summary

Martin Brower is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide Level 2/3 support for business applications and devices. This national IT role emphasizes customer service, documentation, and collaboration with Corporate IT.

The position supports our Vancouver distribution centre, involves training and hands-on IT system knowledge, and requires an independent, risk-aware mindset. This is a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or associate degree related to IT, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in technical support handling business applications and devices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Office 365 at admin/support level including Copilot.
• Able to write reports and documentation; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business applications and devices.
• Resolve complex computing, networking, and application issues.
• Log and document solutions; identify recurring issues and escalate as needed.
• Enforce Martin Brower IT Policies and coordinate with Corporate IT.
• Support distribution center operations and training for end-users.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure and devices.
• Lead laptop deployment and IT equipment provisioning.
• Create training materials and conduct peer/end-user training.
• Maintain help desk tickets and participate in audits.
