Job summary

Framestore Montreal is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the Systems Support team, providing first-line incident response and workstation support. You will assist with hardware, software, asset management, and documentation using Confluence, while collaborating with artists daily.

This on-site role involves an on-call rotation and you will help maintain storage, networking, and rendering infrastructure across North American divisions.

Qualifications

About The Role

The Systems team is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting the technology infrastructure. This includes, but not limited to, storage, networking, workstations, cloud, virtualisation and rendering. We invest time into training and mentoring. What You'll Do

The IT Support Analyst is part of the Systems Support team. They are the first responders to incidents and requests supporting all Framestore North American divisions.

• First line of support for all incidents and requests using JIRA service desk
• Workstation configuration support (hardware and software)
• Monitors a variety of physical and logical systems
• Diagnose and replace hardware components
• Responsible for managing assets and loan equipment, including relocation and provisioning
• Interacting with artists on a daily basis
• Produce and update documentation using Confluence
• You will partake in an on-call rotation to provide support during off hours
